Elie Ngoy is the Program Coordinator at Sawubona Africentric Circle of Support. A mission-driven professional, Elie has nearly a decade of experience in communications, project management, monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning and brand management.

Previously, Elie worked for organizations such as the United Nations Refugee Agency, the National Association for Women and the Law and the Canadian Immigrant Settlement Alliance, where he specialized in communications, community outreach, stakeholder advocacy, fundraising, digital storytelling and community engagement.

Elie is an alumni of the University of Western Ontario where he specialized in International Relations and political Science. He also holds a diploma in Maritime Law and International Conventions through Allison Education, and a diploma in project management from the Oxford Home Study Centre.
