When: Thursdays 6pm to 8pm, January 23rd to February 20th, 2024 (5 sessions)

Availability: 30 spots available + waitlist based on completion and clearance of registration intake and screening information.
Please read all registration details on the website including information on what is required to attend, please only register if you’re okay with group requirements.

Refunds
A full refund will be issued if a request is received two weeks (14 days) before program start date.
Please allow 2 weeks for processing of refunds.
