The Right to Decide - Paid Workshop with TAE
As a person with a disability, a Deaf person or as a supporter, if you or a family member has experienced difficulties in making decisions in three areas, we would like to hear from you:
Banks – withdrawing money, opening a bank account, getting a loan
Tribunals – appearing before the board and making a complaint (e.g., Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and Canadian Human Rights Commission)
Government programs and services – Canada Revenue Agency, Canada Pension Plan and Disability Benefit, Canada Disability Benefit, Disability Tax Credit, Service Canada.
You will receive a $150 honorarium for attending. Refreshments will be available.
