Sawubona ACS Strategic Plan for 2026-2031
Greetings members of the Sawubona community, community partners, funders and friends!
We are pleased to share with you Sawubona Africentric Circle of Support's new Strategic Plan to help guide our path during the next leg of our journey in supporting Black caregivers who are living at the intersection of race and disability and as well working with organizations that can help make their journey more inclusive, welcoming, collaborative and effective for the loved one that they support.
We want to express our thanks to many of you who provided input into this visionary plan through 1:1 sessions, focus groups and surveys. Your time is appreciated.
We look forward to the impact that Sawubona will continue to make in community and look forward to all of you continuing along this journey with us and bringing more families and friends into this community.
