Business/Employment ideas for our young adults

I have been thinking about next steps for my now 26 year old (almost 27). I have seen many examples of parents, who own their own business, using that as an opportunity to not only employ their own loved one with a disability but including others as well. I have seen car washes, creative sock companies, drama theatres, gift basket creation and accounting agencies. Is there something that we can do in our community to employ some of our young people with challenges/barriers to traditional employment?

I just want to start a dialogue here. Who knows what may come out of this discussion. I am open to the possibilities. Maybe what WE do starts a new trend :)
